Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Everglo app or the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the site.

These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, our Medical Disclaimer, and the Apple App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be 17 or older to use Everglo. The app carries an age rating of 17+ because of its health and wellness content.

If you are under 17, please do not create an account or use the app. Everglo Wellness Technology Limited does not knowingly collect data from users under 17.

3. License grant

Everglo Wellness Technology Limited grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable license to use Everglo. This license is for your own use on devices you own or control.

You may not sublicense the app. You may not sell access to the app. You may not use the app to build a competing product.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Everglo in ways that break the law or harm others. That includes the following.

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Do not interfere with the app's security or integrity.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems.
• Do not impersonate another person or provide false account information.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
• Do not use the app to offer medical advice to others.

5. Subscription terms

Everglo offers a premium subscription. The points below describe how the subscription works.

• Everglo premium is a subscription handled through the Apple App Store.
• Payment is charged to the Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal is charged at the then-current rate.
• Users can manage and cancel at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
• Links to Terms and Privacy Policy are shown on the in-app paywall.

Apple, not Everglo Wellness Technology Limited, processes your payment. Refund requests follow Apple's policies.

6. Account security and deletion rights

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Let us know at support@everglo.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can sign in with email and password, with Sign in with Apple, or with Sign in with Google. Whichever path you choose, you can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app at Profile · Settings · Delete Account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, deletion revokes our authentication tokens with those providers using their official revocation APIs.

7. User content

You retain ownership of the content you enter into Everglo. That includes your check-ins, symptoms, notes, and profile details.

By using the app, you grant Everglo Wellness Technology Limited a limited license to store, process, and display your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content for advertising. We do not sell it.

8. Intellectual property

The Everglo app, the everglo.app website, the Glo Score, the Glo Practices, the Evidence Library, the Everglo brand, and related assets are owned by Everglo Wellness Technology Limited or its licensors. Copyright, trademark, and other laws protect them.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Everglo provides wellness information and lifestyle support. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Read the full Medical Disclaimer.

Everglo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Everglo Wellness Technology Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Everglo Wellness Technology Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This limit applies to Everglo Wellness Technology Limited, its officers, its employees, and its agents for any harm arising from your use of Everglo.

Our total liability for any claim related to Everglo is limited to the greater of 100 US dollars or the amount you paid Everglo Wellness Technology Limited in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Everglo Wellness Technology Limited against any third-party claim arising from your misuse of Everglo. That includes any breach of these terms, or any violation of the law or the rights of another person.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Macau, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where the law requires.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make a material change, we will post the new terms here and update the “Last Updated” date above. We may also notify you in the app or by email.

Continued use of Everglo after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the app and delete your account.
