A letter from the makers

Menopause is not a problem to be solved. It is a chapter to be lived. Most of the apps built for it have missed the assignment. They infantilise. They sell supplements. They confuse data with care.

Everglo is being built differently. We're a small team writing an iOS app that reads less like a tracker and more like a personal almanac. One that quietly takes notes on how you're sleeping, moving, eating, thinking, and showing up for the rest of your life. Then, against a library of peer‑reviewed research we keep ourselves, it tells you what's worth your attention.

Everglo is currently in late‑stage development. We're refining the science library, hardening the privacy posture, and submitting through Apple's review programme. We expect to launch on the App Store in 2026.

Until then, this site stands as the public record of what we're making and why. If it sounds like the app you've been waiting for, leave us your email below.

— The Everglo team

The five pillars

Everything Everglo tracks is gathered into five domains that matter most in midlife. Each pillar has its own practices, its own evidence, and its own slow, specific way of getting better.

1.

Movement

Strength, mobility, and cardio recalibrated for shifting hormones. Resistance work that respects your joints. Nothing that asks you to be twenty‑five again.

2.

Mind

Tools for mood, focus, and the brain fog no one warned you about. Quiet protocols, not productivity bro‑science.

3.

Nutrition

Protein targets, fibre, and bone‑supporting foods. Real meals from real research. No wellness fads.

4.

Sleep

Hot‑flash‑aware tracking and wind‑down rituals that respect a 5am wake. The night you've been having, finally legible.

5.

Lifestyle

Energy, relationships, and the daily ergonomics of midlife. The unflashy, often most useful chapters.

The Glo Score

A composite of the five

One number. Five pillars. A clearer week.

The Glo Score is a composite from 0 to 100, a quiet wellness reading that updates as your check‑ins come in. The picture sharpens the more you log.

It is a wellness indicator. Not a clinical assessment. Not a verdict. Bring the trend, not the number, to your next appointment.

How it will work

Three small habits. One clearer week.

A check‑in takes under thirty seconds. The rest of the app does the thinking for you.

  1. Check in

Log symptoms, mood, and sleep in under thirty seconds. Voice or tap. Skipped fields stay skipped.

  2. See patterns

Insights surface what's changing. You finally have language to take into the consulting room.

  3. Act with confidence

Glo Practices are paired with Evidence Library cards. Every recommendation links to the research that backs it.

  4. Export the report

Generate a clinician‑ready PDF in two taps. Take it to your next appointment.

Evidence, graded honestly

Behind every Glo Practice sits a card in the Evidence Library pointing to peer‑reviewed research, with a tier label that tells you how strong the evidence is. That's rare in FemTech. It shouldn't be.

A
Tier A — Strong

Multiple high‑quality trials

Backed by systematic reviews or multiple randomised controlled trials, with consistent findings. The strongest grade we award.

B
Tier B — Moderate

Solid, narrower base

Supported by at least one well‑designed trial or strong observational data. Worth following, with the usual caveats.

C
Tier C — Emerging

Promising, still maturing

Early or mixed findings. We surface it transparently and tell you what's still unknown. No quiet upgrades.

Six tenets of private health

Your menopause data is among the most personal information about you. Everglo treats it that way, before, during, and after you use the app.

  1. We never sell your data.

Not aggregated, not anonymised, not in any form. Not now, not at acquisition. There is no exit clause that allows it.

  2. We never advertise on it.

Identifiable health data does not go to advertisers, brokers, or affiliate networks. We don't run ads inside Everglo at all.

  3. Encryption is the floor, not the ceiling.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive fields receive an additional application‑layer key.

  4. Tracking is opt‑in.

App Tracking Transparency at first launch. You can change your mind any time, and the app works fully either way.

  5. You can leave with your data.

Export your account and your health data at any moment. Delete it permanently from a single screen.

  6. We name our processors.

Every third‑party we use, what they receive, and how long they keep it. Listed plainly in the privacy policy.
