Privacy Choices

See what data we hold

Use either of these paths to request a full view of your data.

• In-app: Profile → Privacy → Request My Data.
• By email: privacy@everglo.app with subject “Data Access Request.”

Export your data

Pick the export that fits what you need.

• Health data: Reports → Export PDF.
• Account data: Profile → Privacy → Export Account (JSON).

We deliver exports by email within 30 days.

Correct your data

Edit most fields yourself in the app.

• In-app: Profile → Edit.
• By email: For data you cannot edit in-app, email privacy@everglo.app.

Delete your account and all data

You can delete everything from inside the app.

• In-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

This action is irreversible. Supabase records are erased within 30 days. Local SwiftData is wiped immediately.

Sentry crash data and PostHog anonymous analytics are purged within 90 days.

Opt out of analytics

Use any of these paths to turn analytics off.

• Decline the ATT prompt when it appears.
• iOS Settings → Privacy and Security → Tracking.
• In-app: Profile → Privacy → Analytics.

Revoke consent

Any optional processing can be turned off at any time.

• In-app: Profile → Privacy.

Core app features remain available after you revoke optional consent.
